MTC is part of Almarshad Holding Group, it is specialized in the electrical filed in low voltage, supplying components or systems testing, commissioning, and maintenance services, giving its profession and work experience in governmental, commercial and industrial sectors.
1. Returns shall be accepted with 7 days from the date delivery of the goods to the customer and the approval of the administration is requested in case the goods exceed the value of 5,000 Riyals with the requirement of the existence of the original invoice.
2. The amount shall be returned by way of Transfer of or a cheque for amount exceeding 10,000 Riyals
3. Replacement shall be accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the customer if it is the same as the value of the replaced goods more and cannot be less and that the goods in their original condition, the same condition that was delivered to be customer with the requirement of the original invoice.
4. All good are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase (Invoice) only in the event of misuse and requires highlighting the original invoice to activate this guarantee.
5. Return and replacement of the goods at the same branch from which the invoice was issued and not accepted in other branches.
6. The first item shall exclude the following:
Products manufactured specifically for the customer special request required can only be returned if they are defective due to the manufacture’s reason.
Materials that are not in the original packaging conditions or are defective for a reason due to the customer, or which are in an unacceptable technical condition, cannot be returned.
Materials that have accessories screws, must, plastic, cannot be returned in case of any shortage.
