These Terms & Conditions govern the return, replacement, and warranty policy provided by the seller on ABB Marketplace. By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to the following terms:
1. Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
• You will receive an email confirmation with order details.
• As the seller we will share the invoice directly with you.

2. Delivery Policy
• We deliver within Saudi Arabia only via approved logistics partners.
• Estimated delivery time: [3–5 business days], depending on location.
• Delivery fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
• Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are accurate.
• We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect details.
• Store pickup: Once the order is placed and confirmed, we will share the pickup details, including:

ii. Contact information
iii. Invoice
• We are responsible for ensuring that items are prepared and ready for pickup within 1–2 business days from order confirmation for Riyadh Pickup, and within 5–7 business days for Jeddah, Makkah, Taif, Tabuk, Madinah, Hail, Qassim, Dammam, Al Ihsa, Jizan, and Najran Pickup, unless otherwise communicated.
• Customers must present the order confirmation and invoice to collect their purchase.
• Orders must be picked up within 5 business days of confirmation. After that, we have had the right to cancel the order.
• Any delays or changes in pickup availability must be communicated with us as the seller.

3. Return & Refund Policy
• Return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Non-Returnable Items
• If the product is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will offer a full refund or replacement, shipping charges will be incurred.
• Refunds are issued within [5–10] business days to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Returns and replacements must be made at the same branch where the invoice was issued. Other branches will not accept returns or replacements for purchases made elsewhere.

4. Order Cancellation
• Orders can be canceled before shipping.
• If it has already shipped, please wait for delivery and then submit a return request.

5. Warranty
• All products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase (as per invoice).
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply in cases of misuse or mishandling.
• The original invoice is required to activate or claim warranty services.
