ABB Shop – Terms & Conditions (KSA)
Welcome to ABB Shop. These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our store in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms:
1. About Us
ABL is an authorized distributor and supplier of electric vehicle (EV) chargers and related products within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. Products & Availability
• All products listed are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.
• All EV chargers are approved by SASO (Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization).
3. Orders & Payments
• Orders can be placed online or in-store.
• All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and excluded VAT unless otherwise stated.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment and the issuance of an official invoice.
4. Delivery & Installation
• Delivery timelines depend on product availability and delivery location.
• Installation services are available upon request for an additional fee.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring site readiness prior to installation.
• The charger price includes product cost only. Installation costs are not included and must be requested separately by the customer.
• Any required approvals from the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) must be submitted by the customer prior to installation.
5. Warranty
• All EV chargers are covered by a standard manufacturer warranty, typically valid for two (2) years unless otherwise specified.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or electrical faults.
• Customers must retain proof of purchase to be eligible for warranty services.
6. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
In line with KSA consumer protection laws:
Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
• Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Used or installed EV chargers.
• Custom or special-order items.
Refunds:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original method of payment.
• Shipping, installation, and service fees are non-refundable unless due to a product defect or seller error.
Defective Products:
• If a product is defective or not as described, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
• We reserve the right to inspect and test returned items prior to approval of any refund or exchange.
Consumer Rights Notice:
• This policy is in compliance with the E-Commerce Law of Saudi Arabia. Consumers have the right to clear product information, transparent pricing, warranty coverage, and return procedures, especially for EV chargers.
7. Limitation of Liability
• ABB Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
• Installation must be carried out by certified technicians only. Damage resulting from third-party installation voids the warranty.
8. Data Privacy
• Customer information is treated as confidential and used solely for transaction and communication purposes.
• We comply with all applicable local data protection regulations.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within KSA.
